About us :
Little Footprints Academy is an early learning centre that was founded in 2005. Originally a home-based facility with an effective in-house curriculum designed to engage, encourage, and support each child’s unique learning style, LFA strives to achieve this commitment to quality across its commercial campuses.
From a humble beginning, LFA has expanded into an organization that has multiple campuses across the lower mainland. We credit our growth to the support of our dedicated team who are ever passionate in the field of early learning, providing the best of service to our communities.
Little Footprints Academy has a team where each employee is valued, and their contributions are recognized. With the right skills and dedication, our team members are given the opportunity to grow, learn and evolve into various other roles within the company.
At LFA, you can expect a positive and welcoming work environment, because we believe in spreading that positive energy to our students.
This is one of the leading reasons that our staff turnover is one of the lowest in the industry, aside from our competitive wages, and attractive benefits package.
LFA is owned and operated by early childhood educators who understand the day-to-day challenges, appreciate the hard work of our employees, and are accessible.
Over the next few months, Little Footprints Academy is geared to have more state-of the art campuses, and have projects lined up in the upcoming years in various cities across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
Our growth and expansion would not be possible without the passion and dedication of our educators.
