1. Purpose of the position
Ensures the management of his department in terms of planning activities, resources, budget, organization of work and management of teams for the realization of the production plan. Ensures the development and training of staff and the implementation of continuous improvement and performance actions
2. Main functions
MANUFACTURING / PACKAGING BATCHES
- Validates the short and medium term production planning established with the Logistics Department
- Organizes material and human resources (daily, weekly, quarterly according to the needs expressed by planning
- Ensures the availability of materials and documentation necessary for the production of planned batches
- Ensures that batch files and more generally all production documents are completed correctly and in real time.
- Ensures the declaration of productions in the GPAO (pay point)
- Analyzes malfunctions and manufacturing deviations to implement corrective actions
- Verifies and documents, if necessary, batch files and production documents before transfer to quality assurance.
- Ensures non-compliance is dealt with until the problem is definitively resolved.
- Ensures the updating of manufacturing documents (Instructions, procedures)
GMP and HSE
