This is a leader in the field of renovation that is looking for a data entry clerk for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

They are looking for a junior profile, someone who likes to learn but who has the initiative and a good personality to help customers and suppliers. Among your main responsibilities as an order entry clerk :

You must do order entry, order jump entry, retailer credit processing and other related administrative tasks. including Excel reports.

Responsibilities

They are looking for a junior profile, someone who likes to learn but who has initiative and a great personality to promote excellence in the department.

Among your main responsibilities as an order entry clerk you must enter orders arriving by email, enter order slips, process retailer credits and other related administrative tasks including Excel reports.

Qualifications

  • English and French bilingualism both orally and in writing;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to prioritize and work on several files at the same time;
  • Dynamic, good energy;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
