As a Dental Equipment Technician at Hatch Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our dental equipment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Installation and Maintenance : Install, set up, and maintain dental equipment at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with dental equipment, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
- Repair and Calibration : Conduct repairs and calibrations on dental equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Product Training : Provide training to dental professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
- Technical Support : Respond to technical inquiries from clients and collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve technical issues.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Quality Control : Conduct quality control checks on equipment before installation and after repairs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a dental equipment technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental equipment, including chairs, imaging devices, sterilization equipment, and other related technology.
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Customer service skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
