Job description

Abell’s major commercial accounts require consistent technical oversight, structured reporting, and regular operational reviews to ensure their Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs meet the highest quality standards. This position is responsible for facilitating scheduled account reviews, delivering training, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring that service outcomes align with both customer requirements and Abell’s quality expectations.

• Coordinate and lead weekly, monthly, or quarterly operational meetings for assigned major accounts.
• Apply pest management expertise to guide both Abell and customer teams toward corrective actions, ensuring recurring pest issues are identified, documented, and

resolved in compliance with best practices and contractual obligations.
