The Speech Language Pathologist works in the retirement home setting, with flexibility to home care as part of the Home Health Services team serving communities such as Burlington, Halton, Hamilton & Mississauga.

Caseloads are flexible to full-time and part-time. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates. This role includes a Sign On Bonus!

What you need to be successful

  • You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
  • You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
  • You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
  • You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
