The Role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Data Commercialization Team. In this role, you will partner with our Product, Engineering and Business Operations group to deliver excellence through major migration initiatives and strategic projects. You will enable teams to execute multi-year plans and collaborate closely with development teams to align operational needs with delivery strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs within an agile delivery framework (Scrum, Kanban).
• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for high-profile features and capabilities across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Drive projects spanning multiple teams and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and transparent status reporting.
• Apply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance program outcomes.

Toronto, Canada : $121,000 - $169,000 CAD
