We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person
- Provide information and quotes about services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Communicate with Technicians regarding parts, repairs and scheduling
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications :
- Must have previous experience in a Service Advisor position
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of COSTAR is an asset
We are a locally-owned shop with a large base of regular customers and are welcoming new customers daily. We pride ourselves on providing honest, reliable services.
We are a fast-paced environment that requires an energetic, organized individual who is able to multi task and adjust workflow quickly and efficiently.
Some duties include handling customer inquiries, scheduling of repairs, follow-up communication, and providing quotes.
We are not open evenings or weekends
