Our professional services firm is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to drive our people-centric initiatives. As an integral member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment to retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding Excellence : Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success from day one.
- Performance Enhancement : Facilitate performance review processes that empower employees to set and achieve meaningful goals while aligning with organizational objectives.
- Training & Development : Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted learning initiatives that enhance skills, foster career growth, and drive continuous improvement.
- Wellness Initiatives : Spearhead wellness programs that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees, fostering a healthy and balanced work environment.
- Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and cultivating positive working relationships.
- Recruitment Excellence : Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on onboarding, performance management, training, wellness, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
