- Write captivating articles, powerful service descriptions, and engaging posts for our social media and newsletters, where every word matters.
- Create dynamic visual content : infographics, images, videos, and GIFs to bring our messages to life and strengthen our online presence.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to plan posts with precision, ensuring a steady stream of relevant, attractive content.
- Schedule posts on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each piece reaches its audience at the right time.
- Monitor engagement, respond to community comments and messages, cultivating authentic relationships and encouraging interaction.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on collected data to continually optimize our impact.
- Participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute to the development of innovative and captivating content campaigns.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) by reviewing and updating articles to maximize online visibility.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and ensure adherence to posting schedules to expand our reach and strengthen our network.
Skills we're looking for :
- Excellent command of writing in French, with attention to detail and language quality to captivate our audience.
- Skills in visual content creation, including infographics, images, and videos, to enrich our communications.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maximize engagement.
- Knowledge of performance analysis tools like Google Analytics and social media statistics to refine our strategies.
- SEO skills to optimize web content and ensure greater visibility.
- Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to innovate in content formats and types to stay on top of trends.
- Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills to ensure cohesion and quality in every project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and diligence.
- Strong planning and deadline management skills to ensure the success of each campaign.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in a related role - an asset
- Functional computer skills : Office Suite - Adaptability to new software - an asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Basic knowledge of SEO - an asset
- Knowledge of MailChimp - an asset
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - an asset
