Role Description
We're hiring full time Senior Systems Administrators to join our worldwide Infrastructure team. Daily responsibilities vary, but they can range from technical escalations from the business, to being Subject Matter Experts in our core areas.
Essential Experience
Strong knowledge and experience with cPanel
Solid understanding of virtualisation technologies - Proxmox experience is desirable
Development skills - we write our own playbooks and tooling. Python is the preferred language
Automation experience with a focus on Ansible. At our scale we have to automate where possible.
Version / change control experience.
Monitoring / Site Reliability Engineering (Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga)
Desirable Experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Powershell.
Experience with Plesk on Windows
Datacentre / Hardware experience - we interact with facilities and remote hands teams globally.
Understanding of network operations.
