Group Travel Coordinator
Position : Group Travel Coordinator
Location : Downtown Montreal (Hybrid mode 2 days in office)
Salary : Up to $23 per hour
Schedule : 35 hours per week
Do you have a passion for tourism? Do you have experience in the travel or tourism industry? Do you have experience in event coordinating?
Are you fluently bilingual? Do you have great customer service experience? Do you wish to work alongside a leader in the industry of travel?
Our great partner, leader in the industry is looking for a Group Travel Coordinator to join their team located in Downtown Montreal.
This is a contract position with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
In this role, you will be supporting the coordination team with all group travel events.

Who we would love to meet :
- Excellent French spoken and written (Supporting clients within the Quebec region)
- Excellent English spoken and written (Supporting clients in the US or internationally)
- Travel industry or event planning experience (asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team
What will be assigned to you :
- Work closely with Coordinators on any all topics that may arise as it relates to their group contract / invoicing / rooming list / program
- Handle passenger identification
- Coordinate payment schedule
- Perform basic accounting
- Coordination with transport department
- Verify commission rate and contact accounting to adjust if necessary
- Enter payments amount in reservation system
- Send e-docs
- Prepare MEGA (an in-house software)
- Handle rooming list
- Handle transfer list
- Help with last-minute changes
