Who we need

Reporting to and supporting the Manager, Strategic Partnerships, we have an opportunity for a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst.

Your work will primarily support third-party risk management, sourcing, and procurement. You will act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on mitigating third-party risk throughout the third-party lifecycle.

Part of your role will support reviewing and drafting business requirements in legal documents, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOWs), by working closely with the legal, risk, and compliance teams.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with the requirement to work from the office less than 5% of the time after the initial onboarding stage.

What's in it for you

Influence, exposure, and career growth. This is a chance to gain in-demand, highly valued experience and insight, influencing vendor contracts, KPIs, and productivity.

As a curious self-starter who strives for efficiency and excellence, you are looking for the challenges of a near-independent role where you can take ownership of requirement collection and documentation processes.

You will have the opportunity to ensure alignment and engagement across all business units with the Third-Party framework, including those through our recent acquisition.

We are a growing organization, and the opportunities for your career development are endless.

What you will do :

  • Be the subject matter expert. You will deepen and apply your knowledge of practices and procedures related to all stages of the third-party management lifecycle in alignment with relevant frameworks, policies and standards.
  • Assist with the third-party due diligence process. You will ensure that processes are followed, including liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.

g. Third-Party Risk Management and business owners) to ensure that vendor questionnaires and assessments are completed, and to assess existing and potential vendors.

Manage vendor issues. You will identify issues and monitor trends, acting quickly to reduce risk in alignment with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies and related standards.

You will track and log vendor non-conformance reporting and Change Order requests. You will assist when invoice discrepancies are escalated and assure correct billing.

Create sourcing documents. You will draft and respond to RFP, RFQ, RFI, in collaboration with internal partners and external partners for all project-related and BAU requirements.

You will support the development and implementation of SLAs, KPIs or other contractual commitments to mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in the administration of GRC System, Resolver. You will manage subscriptions and service renewals, verifying and updating user profiles.

You will enter all vendor information and upload relevant documents, including Purchase Orders (POs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and Statements of Work (SOW).

You will assist with troubleshooting issues and liaising with Resolver IT support and solutions architects where needed.

You will report on third-party key performance indicators on a quarterly and annual basis.

What you bring

The education and experience. You have a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years in third-party risk management, sourcing or procurement.

Experience in a financial environment is an asset.

The interpersonal skills. You have superior communication skills, and an appreciation for diverse backgrounds, experiences, and approaches.

You can build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, interact with all levels of management, and confidently elicit needs and influence engagement.

You can decipher industry language and provide support related to the risk management framework and Resolver technical system.

You can create detailed documentation, training guides, and reports adapting your delivery to meet the needs of your audience.

The accountability. You work with a sense of ownership in accordance with established priorities - and you are ready to take on whatever responsibilities are required to complete deliverables on time.

You are a critical thinker with a growth mindset, continuously seeking new information. You have exceptional analytical skills with an ability to focus on the big picture without losing the details.

You are meticulous and resourceful and can prioritize expectations to maintain high-quality standards while meeting urgent deadlines.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new tools.
