Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Windsor, ON. As a Store Team Lead , you will play a vital role in helping with the daily operations to ensure the branch objectives are met. You will manage task-related work and ensure exceptional customer service is being offered.

What you’re responsible for :

Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.

Promoting and enforcing Environmental / Health and Safety standards.

Assigning and executing daily tasks to the customer service and production teams.

Helping with onboarding and training of new employees.

Opening and closing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.

Possessing strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.

Completing administrative tasks including daily cash balances and inventory checks.

Ensuring branch standards are being met.

Supporting business changes and relaying change management information to help employees adapt.

Qualifications

To join our team :

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Post secondary education preferred

Ability to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations when needed

Retail and / or automotive experience is an asset
