Job Description

The Physical Security Specialists will report to the Team Leader, Personnel Security and will be responsible for the following tasks which may include, but not be limited to :

• Conducting personnel security screening and security clearance activities;
• Creating and providing ID card and access control services;
• Security file management (both hard and electronic copy);
• Providing security administrative support;
• Monitoring, assessing, prioritizing, triaging and assigning Security tickets in a ticket management software;
• Participation in weekly Security Operations team meetings;
• Participation in other assigned security-related projects and tasks not specified above.

Additional Information

The Junior Physical Security Specialists will be required to work according to OSFI’s Hybrid Workplace Model, and some work will need to be performed onsite (in person) at OSFI’s offices on a regular basis.
