Job Title : Machine Operator - Manufacturing Support

Location : Scarborough, ON (near Kennedy Rd & Finch Ave)

Shift / Hours : Monday to Thursday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM | Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour

This position supports production activities at a metal fabrication facility in Scarborough. The role involves operating equipment, handling materials, assisting with paint preparation, and supporting custom fabrication tasks in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and metalworking presses
• Assist in the spray booth with preparation and spray application
• Support general production and shop floor tasks as needed
• Help manage material flow and inventory organization
• Conduct paint prep and finishing tasks
• Perform regular heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Keep the work area clean and hazard‑free

Requirements

Work Conditions

Work is performed in a custom sheet metal facility with exposure to production equipment and materials. Proper PPE must be worn. This role requires standing, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift.
