Job description4+ years of iOS development experience Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI Experience building apps from scratch or working on greenfield projects Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and CI / CD pipelines Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bonus : experience in financial services or regulated industries Available to work onsite in Toronto 3-4 days per week (this will likely ease up)
Overview
Our client is looking for an iOS Developer to join their team for 12+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite downtown Toronto (3x per week onsite).
Base pay range
CA$45.00 / hr - CA$50.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Build a brand-new iOS app from scratch using Swift and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend developers to deliver features quickly
- Participate in architecture decisions and help define technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and iterate fast
- Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles
