In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in developing a network and fostering a loyal clientele for a prestigious jewelry brand, ultimately driving sales targets and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

• Pay Rate : $28.84 per hour
• Location : Vancouver, BC
• Shifts : Monday - Saturday 8 : 45am 5 : 30 pm OR 9 : 45am 6 : 30pm, Sunday 9 : 30am 5 : 30pm

• Achieve sales targets while managing daily business and high-end jewelry sales
• Develop and nurture a network of loyal clientele
• Participate in community social functions to expand business opportunities
• Coordinate in-boutique events and engage clients through social media platforms
• Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data and effective communication
• Assist with daily display setup and breakdown, ensuring product safety and aesthetics
• Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sales follow-up and repair process oversight
• Adhere to Maison policies and procedures regarding security, consignments, and after-sales services Requirements and Qualifications :
• 5-7 years of experience in luxury sales or a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and priorities
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain trust-based customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
