Learning Specialist supports AGCO’s strategic and cultural priorities by designing and delivering high-quality, accessible learning solutions. Reporting to a Senior Manager within the People and Culture Division, Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Branch, this role works closely with internal clients to assess learning needs, recommend effective solutions, and support initiatives across both the Consulting and Programs streams.
Working collaboratively with Program Managers, L&OD Consultants, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, the Learning Specialist develops engaging learning materials, eLearning content, and facilitation resources for enterprise-wide initiatives and divisional consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with AGCO’s leadership, learning, and engagement frameworks.
