On behalf of our client in the Utility Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Project Manager - IT Applications.

Project Manager - IT Applications – Job Description

System Specific Operations : 15% Job

Gather and document business / project data to support different initiatives related to OpenText, Alteryx, Tableau, SharePoint, Remedy and Data Archives.

Project Management : 50% Job

Tender Project related documentation

Build the Project Plan to execute the assigned work

Proactively follow up with project stakeholders on the status of tasks and timelines

Identify risks and mitigate as necessary, and escalate items to Senior Management, as needed

Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established project plans

Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including issue management, communication and change management

Operational Activities : 35% Job

Co-ordinate projects and intakes activities

Document requirements, current state, use cases, future states, project plan and project approach

Follow project methodology and provide update on PSD, PSR and other standard project deliverables

Prepare business presentations and reports in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Project Manager - IT Applications – Mandatory Skills

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (I will consider candidates with 4-5 years of experience as well)

Previous experience with service IT Applications such as BMC Remedy, Alteryx, Opentext and various Cloud Applications

Bachelor's degree in any one of the following areas : Business, Engineering, Computer Science

PMP Certified

MS Office Advanced

MS Visio Advanced

ITIL Service Management Intermediate

Project Management Advanced

Technical Writing Advanced

HPQC
