Job description
A company focused on enhancing small businesses is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to improve developer productivity on the Developer Productivity - Async team. You will enhance tools and systems, particularly for asynchronous processing, and ensure applications are efficient and scalable. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in software development, experience with Rails and Ruby, and skills in Kafka and Sidekiq. This role offers a cash compensation of $200,000-$230,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
