We’re seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service. What You Will Do : Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom. Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately. Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions. Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements : Legally authorized to work in the United States. 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and self-motivated.
