Senior Functional Analyst [BHJOB13022_13421]

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Techno Functional Analyst for Oracle EBS - HCM to join their team on a 6-month remote contract.

Summary of the Role :

The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and implement solutions within the Oracle EBS environment, specifically in the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain.

They will support integration between Oracle EBS and other applications, such as crew scheduling and time collection systems, and enhance HR-related processes like onboarding and workforce planning.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for Oracle EBS modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Customize and extend Oracle EBS applications and integrate with external systems (Maximo, ICIMS, MLS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct system analysis and performance tuning for Oracle EBS.
• Provide production support for Oracle EBS and related HR applications.

Core Requirements :

• Experience with implementing and configuring Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
• Experience with Oracle EBS in Human Capital Management (HCM) domain, including Core HR and payroll.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS technologies (Forms / Reports, XML Publisher, SOA Gateway, APEX).
• Proficiency in PL / SQL and / or JavaScript, and experience with data integration technologies.
• Experience with database reporting tools like SQL Query, XML BI, OBIEE.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Familiarity with Information Technology Service Management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working with diverse stakeholders.

Terms :

This is a 6-month fully remote contract role, with a preference for candidates located in British Columbia who can work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

The candidate may use company hardware if preferred.
