Line Lead – Assembly & Co-Pack (Day Shift)

Toronto, ON

7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM | Monday to Friday

$20–$22 / hour

Responsibilities :

Lead, train, and oversee general labour staff on the assembly line

Review job dockets and ensure accurate execution of project requirements

Set up the line for maximum efficiency, safety, and quality output

Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure product quality

Complete documentation, stock reconciliations, and report discrepancies

Operate and maintain equipment as needed

Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and QC team

Maintain a clean and organized production area

What you bring :

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production lead or supervisory role

Background in co-packing, packaging, or assembly is a strong asset

High school diploma required

Familiarity with GMPs and SOPs

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office); WMS or SAP is a plus

Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting
