The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipe fitting, decommissioning of facilities, and operating a knuckle picker truck.

This role is critical for leading a team in the field and ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities : Lead a crew in the decommissioning and pipe fitting activities for oil and gas facilities. Operate and drive a 550-class truck with a knuckle picker, ensuring safe handling of equipment and materials.

Perform pipe fitting duties, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. Oversee the proper disassembly and removal of piping during facility decommissioning.

Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Coordinate with site supervisors and management to execute project timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pipe fitting or equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and client specifications. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in pipe fitting, with experience in oil and gas facilities.

Truck Operation : Proven experience driving a 550-class truck and operating a knuckle picker. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Knowledge of decommissioning processes for oil and gas facilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Safety certifications such as H2S Alive, First Aid, and WHMIS are preferred.

Must be able to work remotely and in physically demanding conditions. Schedule : 10 days on, 4 days off rotational schedule.

Travel to and from the remote worksite is required. Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience. LOA or camp accommodations provided during shifts.
