Job description

Looking for…

People who would rather work outdoors more often than sit behind a desk. Those who like to get their hands in the dirt and who love how their bodies feel after moving their muscles all day in the beautiful sunshine (or rain!). Working alongside others to accomplish projects is energizing to you and stepping back from a landscape that you just had a hand in beautifying gives you a sense of accomplishment.

Come have a look at our socials and consider joining us for our 2024 season if this sounds like you!

Working at Christine’s Touch…

Ask our team what it’s like to work here. They’ll tell you that we :

  • Show up. We bring our whole selves – our best selves – to work each day, and we trust each other to do the same. We back each other up and trust that each other is doing the absolute best we can.
  • Work Smart. We’re professional and organized – it’s easy to do a great job when the basics of schedule, route, and administration run like clockwork. You’ll spend time on the tasks that matter.
  • Take Care. We care about the well-being of our team members – we create a healthy and safe work environment. We keep vehicles and tools in great condition and do daily safety checks. Together we ensure everyone goes home safe and sound.

The Details…

We are looking to round out our team for 2024 with full time Team Members. Summer students are welcome to apply as well.

  • Supplementary Unemployment Benefit plan for eligible team members (we top up your EI in the winter months).
  • Weekly pay schedule.

  • Investments into your personal and professional growth through mentorship, apprenticeship sponsorships, and continuing education and training.

  • Working every day in some of the nicest residential gardens Toronto has to offer.
  • Who are we looking for…

  • Experience working long hours in a physically demanding role. Physical fitness, strength, and agility.
  • G class license with experience driving commercial vehicles in downtown Toronto.
  • Experience with gardening / landscaping and familiarity with tools and equipment use.
