We are seeking a skilled and driven Chiropractor who is passionate about growing their career, delivering exceptional wellness experiences.

📌 This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability to align with spa operations and guest demand. Please ensure you can meet these requirements before applying.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all treatment offerings are executed at the highest quality level that aligns with S&T’s premium brand standards
• Seek to understand client symptoms, medical history and treatment goals
• Develop and adminster treatment plans on an individualised basis
• Provide assessments and treatments according to the regulating college standards
• Utilise clinic technology to engage and treat clients
• Work closely with our clinical & fitness team to provide exceptional recovery treatment plans
• Administer DEXA scans for clinic patients and referrals from Sweat and Tonic's fitness business
• Review DEXA scan results for with patients and arrange follow up scans as desired
• Perform Health questionnaire to rule out any contraindications
• Complete SOAP entries for each guest(s) post treatment
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly santized after each guest
• Deliver exceptional customer service, both in and out of treatment
• Participating in promotional events, photo & video shoots, and campaigns
  
  Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience treating, ideally in the Fitness or Wellness industry
• Licensed and in good standing with College of Chiropractors of Ontario
• Has appropriate liability insurance
• Experience with DEXA is preferred but not mandatory - training to "master" level will be provided.

• You are a team player - works cross functionally with spa technology, group fitness and personal training departments to refer and receive clients.
• Understands the needs of the business and balances them with your own. Sharing resources, room availability, operating the DXA, can arrive early, stay late to accommodate scheduling needs.
• Proactively looks to find new business with and without the help of the business. Seeks to engage "dropped" clients.
