About the Role :

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to create and manage API documentation for external markets. You will collaborate with 26 product teams at TR to produce, review, and enhance technical content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Explain API concepts clearly.
• Write and review API documentation.
• Develop content tailored for external audiences.
• Create documentation using AEM and Adobe CMS.
• Build SEO and marketing content.
• Conduct A / B testing and marketing campaigns.
• Manage content changes via GitHub.
• Write in Markdown format.
• Incorporate AI-related content and lead AI project framing.
• Contribute to the tone and voice of our conversational UI (Chatbot).
