Area Of Responsibility
Reporting to the Supervisor, Development Approvals, the Technician, Development Engineering will co-ordinate and prepare comments and conditions of approval on various development applications. Review, provide comments and approve grading and drainage plans prior to the issuance of building permit. Ensure compliance with municipal and provincial standards for the protection of public interests and the environment.
