Responsibilities
Managing, planning, and executing waterfall / agile workstreams for Technology Infrastructure strategic deliverables.Building relationships between several IT units and internal as well as external business stakeholders.Managing a strategic migration into a private cloud of a broad set of critical client-facing business workflows.Applying experience and seasoned knowledge to perform a variety of program assignments.Serving as a liaison and building bridges among team members, including vendors.Collaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., Tech Infra, Product Engineering, Business Units, and Clients).Developing and managing identifying early warning indicators, and providing direction for early resolution of risks and issues with clear escalation paths for project committees.Building and presenting senior executive-level communications and project presentations.Initiating process improvements based on new target technology models and adoption plans aligned with private cloud technology roadmaps.Promoting agile enablement within the team.Qualifications
Strong program management and Scrum Master knowledge and experience.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic and a demonstrated capability to multi-task effectively.Strong interpersonal, organizational, collaborative and problem‑solving skills with a sense of urgency.Positive attitude and willingness to take accountability for results achieved.Strong technical background in integrating multiple technology layers into client‑facing services.10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience on medium‑to‑high complexity initiatives.5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and / or Senior Scrum Master roles, with expertise in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.Extensive experience managing technology and business projects with high complexity, systems integration and organizational change management.Proven ability to manage high‑visibility projects with strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Undergraduate degree with CSM, PMP or equivalent certification; proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.Strong technical background and understanding of change and risk management, SDLC, and advanced Agile Project Management workflows.A proactive, "can‑do" attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility.Experience in a matrix environment, preferably within a financial institution.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
