Reporting to the Manager of HR Process & Change Management, the HR Process Excellence Specialist will work across all J. D. Irving, Limited Moncton companies to help build a culture of process excellence by training and executing on best practice process techniques, conducting process improvement projects, change management, and performing process maturity assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other relevant HR field
- Six Sigma Yellow, Blue or Green Belt certification required
- 2-5 + years' experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or similar role
- Proven ability to connect Big Picture strategy to process-level activities
- Experience communicating clearly at all levels of an organization
- Ability to lead a cross‑functional project team to understand process requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI, Power automates and able to learn new systems such as Procedure flow.
