ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Reports to : Store Manager
Primary Mission
As an Assistant Store Manager at Lolë, you are the Store Manager’s right hand and play a key role in the overall management of the store. You actively contribute to delivering a premium customer experience, driving sales performance, ensuring visual excellence, and leading teams in alignment with the brand’s values and standards.
You ensure continuity of management and operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality, and inspiring customer experience
- Handle complex and sensitive customer situations
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions
2. Sales Performance & Business Management
Co-manage sales targets and overall store performanceTrack and analyze KPIs (sales, UPT, conversion rate, average basket)Implement commercial action plansActively support the team on the sales floor to achieve resultsContribute to reporting and performance analysis3. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and support the team on a daily basisSupervise Team Leaders and Key HoldersParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, and trainingProvide regular feedback and contribute to annual performance reviewsDevelop talent and identify growth opportunities4. Visual Excellence & Brand Image
Ensure the implementation and adherence to Lolë’s visual merchandising standardsOversee store presentation and product displaysMaintain visual consistency and attractiveness of the storeProactively suggest improvements to enhance visual impact
5. Operational & Administrative Management
Support scheduling, absences, and coverage managementOversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandise flowEnsure compliance with internal procedures, HR policies, and safety standardsOpen and close the store as requiredAct as Store Manager in their absenceProfile
Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Team Leader or Assistant Store ManagerStrong leadership and commercial skillsResults-driven with a strong customer-centric mindsetHighly organized with a strong sense of responsibilityInterest in active lifestyle, wellness, and sustainable fashionKey Skills
