Sr. Process Analyst
The senior Process Analyst handles documenting, detailing, and designing various operational processes for business, finance, and Information Technology groups.
The process analyst is preferably certified in Six-Sigma or business process management.
This is a contract role for six to twelve months. The job involved Key Performance Measures of the organization to deliver their services.
The process analyst will look at key performance data in order to find opportunities for improvement. Examples of the data or the metrics in question are volume of work, wait-time, response-time, hiring-time, and anything that impacts delivering the services.
The process analyst should also have experience with the implementation (the change management aspect) of the new findings.
Ideally, the process analyst has experience implementing the process changes identified.
The Senior Process Analyst Responsibilities include :
Business Process Documentation
- Reviewing existing work processes and organizationalstructure
- Mapping existing processes and developing and mappingrecommended new processes, changes
- Analyzing business functional requirements to identifyinformation, procedures and decision flows
- Providing advice on key initiatives that enable theorganization to deploy high-impact business processes that are focused,accountable and measurable
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to understand currentprocesses, pain points and Documenting workflow
Business Process Design / Engineering
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifyingOpportunities for process improvements (experience with technology enablechanged desired)
- Identifying candidate processes for re-design
- Analysis of data, identification of key performanceIndicators to define adoption monitoring and / or benefits realization
- Prototyping potential solutions, scenarios, providing tradeoff information and suggesting a recommended course of action
- Providing advice in defining new requirements andopportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions
- Identifying and providing preliminary costs of potentialoptions
- Providing advice in developing and integrating process andInformation models between processes to eliminate information and processredundancies
- Analyzing and defining business processes related to both"As Is" and "To Be" status
- Identifying, recommending and planning new processes
- Providing advice on and / or assisting in implementing newprocesses
- Identifying the required modifications to the automatedprocesses
- Using business, workflow and organizational tools
- Developing policies, procedures and guidelines
- Conducting reviews and developing implementation strategies
Change Integration
- Advising HR groups and Information Technology (IT)groups on discipline requirements
- Developing training and information sessions and mentoring onbusiness processes
- Applybusiness insight to support training on new processes and implementations
- MonitorChange Adoption and mitigate issues
- Liaise with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve questions
