What will your typical day look like?

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or the financial services industry (e.g., product, internal strategy/transformation, operations management etc.)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through large-scale strategy, transformation, or delivery engagements to produce exceptional deliverables and outcomes for clients
• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for financial transformation initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer and business to ensure associated business and operational processes are designed and implemented to meet business needs and deliver value
• Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria tailored to the client's business.
• Manage stakeholder communication and actively lead agile product development cycles from ideation to development to release.
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital capabilities, including process optimization and implementation of digital solutions.
• Sharp client development and relationship management skills, including managing expectations, facilitating decision making, and pushing client thinking at an executive level.
• Strong intellectual horsepower, including critical thinking skills, complex problem solving, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
