Description :

ASUS is looking for a strategic and innovative thinker, who can turn ideas into programs that deliver positive business results, to contribute to our Digital Marketing team.

The Senior Marketing Specialist can adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and handles numerous duties, manages budgets, balances ongoing requests, sets priorities, and meets tight deadlines.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing key owned media initiatives, including but not limited to SEO projects, email marketing, SMS marketing and Loyalty marketing programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Build strategies for engaging with customers through owned media channels, with the goal of improving customer experiences and increasing each customer’s lifetime value
  • Deploy personalized, targeted messages through various channels to customers to keep them engaged across their lifecycle
  • Ownership of the owned media calendar and management of cross-functional email and SMS marketing requests
  • Build, manage and grow loyalty programs to foster greater customer loyalty
  • Lead SEO initiatives including both on-page and off-page optimizations
  • Analyze results of owned media initiatives, making recommendations based on that analysis and championing those recommendations
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives for the ASUS Store and retail marketplaces, including but not limited to paid media, affiliate programs, SEO and content A / B testing & optimization

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years experience deploying emails through email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 1-2 years experience managing loyalty programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of key components of successful SEO initiatives and understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with designing software
  • Experience in consumer electronics or technology, managing SMS marketing programs, and understanding of gaming and the eSports ecosystem are assets
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn those insights into business recommendations
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnerships
  • Detail-oriented, positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Google for Work, and project management tools
