We are introducing a new Employment Services program and partnership in the Stratford region. This role will help establish the program and support our commitment to serving the community with dependable, quality employment support.
Total Rewards Package
Time Away from Work : All full‑time team members are entitled to earn 3 weeks of vacation and the opportunity to earn more as length of service increases. We also offer 12 well‑being days that team members can use for sick time or proactive self‑care. Bereavement days are also available.
Wellness
Pension Plan
All full‑time employees can participate in a group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment (5% contribution, matched by the YMCA). After three consecutive years of full‑time service, participation is mandatory.
Healthcare and Dental Benefits
