We are currently looking for a Senior ECM Consultant (Enterprise Content Management / OpenText) to serve as Technical Lead on key ECM projects, including analysis, planning, execution, testing and support.
Requirements
The Senior ECM Consultant (Enterprise Content Management / OpenText) will work as part of the existing ECM team to deliver on key projects. You are a self-starter, able to work with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders in the business and in IT, understand and gather requirements and deliver agreed-upon solutions.
You will act as Technical Lead for projects and will be comfortable with
- Developing LiveReport and WebReport solutions
- Development in .NET / Content Web Services.
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.7+ years of relevant industry experience working with OpenText Content Suite focused on EDM, ECM and Records Management (RM)Managed and delivered large scale complex IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go liveExpertise in Open Text Content Server 10.5 (including Web Reports, Workflow, SQL., .NET Web Services, Records Management module and Object Importer); Experience with Archive Server, Extended ECM for SAP and RightFax would be a bonusExperience with object-oriented programming (.NET / Java) and Relational Databases (oracle / SQL Server)Experience implementing and supporting document capture systems (i.e. Kofax, Open Text Capture Center or Captiva)Demonstrated cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environmentExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnelAbility to work effectively with industry, business, technical IT and key external partnersAbility to meet deadlines and assist with requirements gathering and documentationStrong analytical skillsHighly Detail orientedDemonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyPosition Breakdown

Serve as a technical lead in the development and implementation of new ECM initiatives / projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements, planning, development, promotion and testing. Development work may include Content Server workflows, Web Reports, Web Services integrations, scan profiles, object imports, migrations etc). Content server support work.Day-to-Day Operations and Support
Assist ECM Team as needed in the Administration and Support of the Open Text Content SuiteProvide 2 nd tier support for ECM solutionsThis is a minimum 3 month contract located in downtown Toronto, ON.
