Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

KeyQualifications

• High School Diploma is required
• 2–3 years experience in international air and ocean import coordination (required).
• Ability to understand Incoterms
• Familiarity with eManifest requirements, and freight forwarding systems(Descartes) is preferred; however, training will be provided for the operations system if not already familiar
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of export operations is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

As anInternational Freight OperationsCoordinator, you are responsible for arranging and following-up on international freight through dispatch operations for all assigned clients, including spot quoting, tracking, and invoicing.
