Bilingual Customer Care Representative (Insurance)

Our client is looking for many skilled and dedicated Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and the ability to understand clients' insurance needs in order to provide them with the best possible solutions.

  • Full-time permanent position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Hybrid position with 2-3 days in-office in Chabanel.
  • Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, one week per month from 12 pm to 8 pm.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process quotes and underwrite auto and home insurance policies.
  • Advise new clients on auto and home insurance.
  • Update existing insurance policies for our clients, taking into account their evolving needs; propose new products if necessary.
  • Build customer loyalty by providing outstanding service.
  • Underwrite new business, append endorsements, and issue renewals by obtaining all necessary client information for pricing and risk analysis.
  • Stay informed about the latest production guidelines and regulatory obligations.

What you will need to succeed :

  • University or college degree is a significant asset.
  • 1 year of sales and customer service experience (an asset).
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to communicate with both English-speaking and French-speaking clients.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to offer products tailored to their needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong autonomy.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills to familiarize oneself with new applications.
