Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) agent service à la clientèle dans la région de Montréal!

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de planifier et coordonner tous les appels de service dès que les appels sont reçus.

Il sera également responsable de placer les rendez-vous dans le calendrier selon le territoire couvert par les techniciens mobiles installateurs.

Les responsabilités du poste d’agent du service à la clientèle sont les suivantes :

  • Planifier et coordonner tous les appels de service dès qu’ils sont reçus
  • Répartir efficacement les techniciens en fonction de la proximité du client
  • Assurer le suivi des techniciens à la fin de chaque appel
  • Maintenir et optimiser le calendrier des rendez-vous et la feuille de route des techniciens
  • Prévoir la charge de travail future par jour et par semaine
  • Vérifier et effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées au processus de facturation
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers des clients dans la base de données
  • Comparer les feuilles de temps et les bons de commande avec le programme d’entretien

Les qualifications requises pour le poste d’agent du service à la clientèle sont les suivantes :

  • 1-3 années d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle au téléphone et courriel
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Sens de la débrouillardise et de l’organisation grandement développés
  • Autonomie, initiative et haut sens des responsabilités
  • Grande capacité à travailler en équipe
  • À l’aise dans un environnement de travail dynamique et rapide

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent in the Montreal area!

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all service calls as soon as they are received. He / she will also be responsible for scheduling appointments according to the territory covered by the mobile technicians installers.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent position are as follows :

  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as soon as they are received
  • Efficiently dispatch technicians according to customer proximity
  • Follow-up with technicians at the end of each call
  • Maintain and optimize the appointment calendar and technician roadmap
  • Forecast future workload by day and week
  • Verify and perform various administrative tasks related to the billing process
  • Maintain customer records in database
  • Compare timesheets and purchase orders with maintenance schedule

The qualifications required for the position of Customer Service Agent are as follows :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Highly developed resourcefulness and organizational skills
  • Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • At ease in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
