Job descriptionDiploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in structure. Minimum of five years relevant experience on structural building projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Proficiency in spoken and written French. ASP construction card. Valid driver's license. Job Description
Join CIMA+’s Structural Building team and work on projects located in the Montreal area and across the province of Quebec. As a Structural Drafter, you will develop plans and specifications for regional and provincial projects in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
We offer a flexible hybrid model, allowing you to work from home or from one of our offices in Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil. At CIMA+, you will collaborate with a highly qualified team and grow quickly in an environment that values responsibility, autonomy, and trust.
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for structural buildings.
- Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Monitor the preparation and quality of plans.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, electricity, mechanical, etc.).
- Perform site surveys and drawing.
- Conduct site visits to collect data.
