HR and IT Talent Recruiting Coordinator

Role Description :

• Responsible for coordinating with remote or local candidates throughout the interview process including scheduling interviews.
• Create Job posts across all sources
• Take lead in Recruiting developers for technical roles.
• Join company at conferences and events to recruit talent.
• Perform in depth assessment interviews for c-suite candidates. Do reference checks and verify prior employers.
• Screen candidate applications and due diligence
• Prepare Send Organize & Maintain offer letters to new Employees
• Develop training materials and tutorials to new team members
• Schedule & coordinate logistics for all recruiting events

Required Skills :

Creative and efficient problem solver

Flexibility high energy and a positive attitude

Previous experience in a Talent Recruiting or Human Resources department is preferred

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems and social media is preferred

Bonus :

Previous role as an HR Manager at a technology / software company

Previously worked for a Recruitment or Talent Agency

Experience with Blockchain and / or Ethereum
