We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our talented team. If you are motivated and committed to providing professional "WOW" service, then we want you!
The Personal Lines Account Manager is dedicated to servicing the needs of our personal lines clients. In addition, they will successfully manage and grow a specific book of business.
Other duties will include policy changes, claims inquiry and reporting, reviewing existing renewals, generating new business, file reviews, and cross-selling of our products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of related experience in the insurance industry
- Strong working knowledge of personal lines products
- RIBO license
- High degree of professionalism
- 3+ year experience of personal insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships at all levels
- Willingness to make suggestions and ideas
- Familiar with insurance company portals
- Able to prioritize in a busy environment to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
- Works well within a team and independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
