Location : Oakville (Ford Dr and Sheridan Garden Dr intersection)

Work Arrangement : Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days from home

Shift : 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Field : Real Estate and Mortgage Services

Salary : $47,000 annually

Required Experience : exposure to real estate or mortgages, lending products

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from lawyers and law clerks (approximately 70% phone-based).
  • Process orders for residential title insurance and address related inquiries.
  • Provide updates and information on title insurance and other real-estate-related products.
  • Interact with lawyers and clerks, delivering excellent customer service under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy in document processing and file management.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge or experience in real estate (law clerk experience is ideal but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional difficult customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
