Job Description

We are looking for a Communications Manager that will work in both our Internal Communications and Executive Visibility teams.

On the Internal Communications team, this Manager will support the AVP leading global Operations communications; working to develop leadership messages, function-wide events, and feedback surveys.

They will also build plans to meet critical metrics, and develop communications around key strategic moments.

On the Executive Visibility team, this Manager will support the global thought leadership strategy to source, define, and communicate authentic, differentiated, and newsworthy points of view that build brand reputation grounded in business priorities.

Efforts will include : message development, integrated communications planning, and thinking big alongside stakeholders from across the enterprise to ensure our executive visibility efforts across Segment CEOs and functional leaders are contributing to positive share of voice.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written, and oral communication skills
  • Copywriting experience a plus
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently, but also as part of a team
  • Resourceful, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, highly collaborative

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Waterloo, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$78,975.00 CAD - $142,155.00 CAD

Via Isarta for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
