Drive and implement the cloud best practices
As a senior cloud infrastructure developer in our transformation and enablement team, you will be defining and implementing the cloud best practices within a team of highly technical Cloud developers.
This team is the driving force that ensures best practices and technologies provided by the Platform Engineering department are fully leveraged by all our development teams.
Advising developers and gathering their feedback and concerns, integrating solutions and experimenting new approaches is the day to day of members of this team
The goal of the Platform Engineering department is to improve developer experience and productivity by providing internal development teams with reusable infrastructure, services, software components, and tools.

Responsibilities :
- Influence the technical direction and standards for coding and cloud practices.
- Design system architecture and ensure it meets the requirements for scalability, reliability, costs and performance.
- Foresee technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Implement innovative cloud solutions and provide hands-on help on large initiatives.
- Advise development teams across the R&D and provide expert guidance on cloud best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills.
What we are looking for :
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a cloud developer.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as code.
- Exceptional resourcefulness and growth mindset.
What will make you stand out :
- Previously worked as a DevOps or similar role
- Experience in a technical leadership role : Mentoring and coaching, hiring, vision and roadmap design, project planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
