Structural Design Co-op

The salary range for this position is $50000 - $55000.

• Prepare and submission of IFC drawings markups / redlines required after the completion of Request for Information (RFI) Field Change Request (FCR) Notice of Design Change (NDC) quantities take-offs.
• Review of shop drawings prepared by our Subcontractors and external Designers.
• Review design changes to the IFC documentation in the form of RFI FCR Non-Conformances NDC.
• Tracking the performance and the cost of OTGs external Designers based on the Time and Material invoices that we will receive during construction.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; you embrace challenges!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; youre an effective communicator.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment; youre adaptable!
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy; you ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment; you enjoy learning from various fields.
• Must hold a valid G drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Willing and able to work outdoors.
