Are you a well rounded finance leader ready for growth? Do you have experience in the design / build industry? Our client is seeking a Vice President, Finance and Administration to join their Leadership Team.
This pivotal role oversees financial and administrative operations, embodying principles of transparency, efficiency, and integrity.
The VP, Finance and Administration is instrumental in scaling operations, driving financial health and enhancing organization effectiveness across all departments.
Responsibilities of the VP Finance and Administration include :
- Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounting team, as well as HR, Technology and Office Admin, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Promote teamwork across the whole company ensuring that cross functional processes flow seamlessly. Working with the entire management team, develop and execute robust financial strategies and plans to support the company’s growth, sustainability and profitability goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in administrative processes and systems to support scaling operations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President, CEO and ownership group on financial planning, budget management and organization development.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to financial and administrative operations.
