We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a high‑profile class action settlement engagement. The Program Manager will oversee multiple critical workstreams, collaborate closely with project managers, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership. This role requires a strategic, “big‑picture” thinker with exceptional organizational skills to ensure all workstreams remain aligned with overall program objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic direction and overall management of a highly complex, multi‑workstream program.
- Oversee the development, coordination, and communication of program updates.
- Ensure all workstreams remain aligned with core program objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver major projects from initiation through to closure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program life cycles using lessons learned and past experience.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Communicate and interact with senior management, project managers, partners, and external stakeholders.Maintain accountability to program stakeholders through transparent reporting and consistent communication.Balance diverse stakeholder requests while safeguarding program priorities and timelines.Program Execution & Oversight
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and collaborate with project managers to implement mitigation strategies.Review deliverables and manage risk throughout the program to ensure on‑schedule delivery.Identify, track, and log issues for timely follow‑up and resolution.Develop clear, accessible methods to present workstream data and program information for stakeholder reference.Prepare high‑quality reports for senior stakeholders to enhance oversight, transparency, and accountability.Collaborate with team leaders and management to provide leadership, guidance, and support to achieve program goals.Qualifications
4–6 years of relevant program or project management experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.Undergraduate degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale programs and projects within a defined portfolio.Expert knowledge of PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop reporting that summarizes, contextualizes, and simplifies complex data.Experience working with product teams or familiarity with DevOps processes considered an asset.English proficiency required; bilingualism (English / French) or the ability to speak an Indigenous language (e.g., Cree languages, Inuktitut, Ojibway) is an asset.Knowledge of Indigenous culture considered an asset.Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Experience with Salesforce considered an asset.Strong capability in working with data and databases
