We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, timely project completion, and outstanding customer service. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Estimator / Project Manger to join us in managing our growing portfolio of projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing painting of construction projects from initial tender through to completion. You’ll coordinate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret building drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate estimating.
• Prepare competitive and detailed tenders and project budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate on-site activities, including crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Track project progress and address any issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with purchasing materials and securing necessary equipment or subcontractors.

Compensation : 36-38 CAD / hour
